The On-Premise Manager is responsible for creating momentum in Minnesota and North/South Dakota to be the #1 organic spirit brand in the On-Premise. Through awareness, influence, partnership and most importantly distribution. The successful candidate will lead the effort by creating brand advocates, driving distribution, developing cocktail menus, providing educational awareness and developing programs for On-Premise accounts and building relationships within the Organic industry and sprits trade organizations. Essential Duties Minnesota/North & South Dakota On-Premise Account Development  Build programming for strategically critical accounts and high volume opportunistic accounts  Develops relationships with stakeholders within territory.  Schedules and executes education opportunities with local distributor sales reps to drive awareness and understanding of Prairie Organic.  Seek opportunities to expand Phillips brand awareness, visibility, and distribution to drive sales of key brands in the assigned market via o Developing target account of list bars, restaurants and hotels o Attend and present at distributor sales meetings and events o Implement promotional opportunities via Menu Lists and Drink Features o Facilitate special events within the assigned account list/market o Schedule and conduct impactful tastings and seminars o Organize and Facilitate tastings at distilleries to support account and brand development  Follow up to ensure activations are fully executed as planned. Natural & Organic Advocacy  Partners with Phillips Marketing Department to assist with the planning and execution of creative, local and national events to increase the profile or Prairie Organic Spirits.  Build advocacy, nationally, within the Organic Food/Beverage movement.  Educate Phillips Marketing and Sales teams of natural and organic product pairings supporting Prairie brand story of Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Organic.  Collaborate with Prairie Brand team to improve brand awareness through social media and networking sites.  Work with and educate distributor mixologists on market and brand specific cocktails that drive usage and visibility. Minimum Job Requirements  Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Passion for the organic, environmental sustainable movements with previous experience in organic food or beverage industry a plus  Three plus years of related experience in the beverage alcohol industry, Bartender experience highly desirable.  Demonstrated analytical skills that allow for interpretation of budgetary management and reporting of budget spend.  Up to 75% travel within assigned geographic area, occasional evening and weekend work attending events as required. Must have a valid Driver’s License.  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.  Strong sales/marketing/promotional skill set with an entrepreneurial spirit.  Excellent verbal and written communication; exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills; ability to work with “team first” approach.  Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Proficient computer skills including E-Mail, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Reports To: Sales Director - Midwest
